Over 300 delegates from the Unite Group plc, the UK's leading developer and manager of student accommodation, travelled by Eurostar to a three-day conference in Disneyland Paris. This conference was pivotal to the group as they had just been through a major restructure with a new CEO and board. BC had a ten-month lead up to create an interactive agenda with stage sets and a gala dinner in the Disney Studios. BC provided total event management overseeing the venue, AV supply and management, budgeting and cost, speakers, marketing, delegate management and online registration, conference materials, accommodation allocation, on-site event management services and ground management. Following a glowing testimonial from the Unite Group CEO, Beyond Certainty secured the conference for 2008.
