For the second consecutive year, BC was appointed to organise Unite Group's annual conference held in February 2008 at The Grand in Brighton. This year's two-day conference attracted 300 delegates and Beyond Certainty provided event management including venue management, AV, budgeting and gifts as well as full theming service. BC also managed accommodation allocation and provided full on site management services. The meeting was held in cabaret style with five breakout rooms and a dinner in banquet style.
