BP contracted Beyond Certainty to organise a drinks reception for 250 guests in February 2006 at Imperial City restaurant in Bishopsgate. The event marked the internal launch of the alternative energy concept and a presentation on the way ahead. BC set up the venue for an informal drinks and canapés reception around a central tepanyaki station. A two-foot stage was set up for speeches. BC provided total event management including online registration, gift management, AV supply and management and on site services.
