Beyond Certainty was appointed by BP to organise a family fun day for the oil major's senior management and their children at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire. BC set up a fully supervised children's play area with toys, arts and crafts and games. Child-minders looked after the children all evening while their parents enjoyed dinner in the Ballroom with live music by a violin duo. Entertainment for the adult guests also included a chocolate fountain, casino tables and a disco. Beyond Certainty provided total event management which included on site event management services, gifts and novelties bags, entertainment coordination, children's area creation and management, budgeting and cost management and AV supply and management.
