BC was appointed by the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ to organise an exotic Christmas party for all its 640 staff in December. Old Billingsgate was transformed into a slice of Morocco with full theming. The dining area was set up with 60 tables all in keeping with the Moroccan theme. A small stage with lectern was set up for speeches. The evening began with a drinks reception and speech by the CEO and was followed by a three-course dinner. Afterwards guests enjoyed arcade games, a live band and hours of dancing. Beyond Certainty provided total event management which included creation of event invitation and special event website, venue management, AV supply and management, budgeting and cost management and on site management services.
